Oyster Bay was an overgrown weed infested steeply sloping waterfront site. The brief was to rehabilitate the site in conjunction with the construction of a new dwelling and pool.To provide manageable planting terraces, improve access to water front and maximize the usability of the lower waterfront terraces in conjunction with an existing boathouse. Planting specifications were for extensive native planting and selected exotic favourites of the client. Zenith was required to maintain and work with existing ground levels around existing indigenous canopy trees and rock outcrops as well as work within strict council requirements for the site.
